Kuwait to build a new hospital for its Ministry of Interior staff.

Kuwait to build a new hospital for its Ministry of Interior staff The Government of announced that it is going to allocate an area of 90,000 square meters, owned by the Ministry of Health, in order to establish new specialist hospital for the police force. The will offer medical and healthcare services the staff members of the Ministry of Interior (MoI) and their families.

The hospital is going to resemble another existing military hospital, which offers services to staff members of the defense ministry. The Ministry of Public Works in Kuwait announced the building of the new hospital in a press release on Tuesday.  Hussam Al-Tahous, Assistant Undersecretary for Construction Projects Engineering, noted that the hospital will be constructed the Sabah Medical Zone.  He added that the Ministry of Municipality Affairs is going to start signing contracts with consultancy firms after gaining the approval from the municipal council.
