Jordan and Romania to cooperate in medical sector.

The meeting also had discussions about future cooperation between the two countries in several healthcare aspects including .

During the meeting, Dr. Nayef Al Fayez, the Jordanian Minster of Health, discussed with Cseke Attila, the Minister of Health in Romania, the continuously improving pharmaceutical industry in Jordan, which is currently holding a prominent position between its competitors from Arab countries, Europe and US. Dr. Al Fayez confirmed the need for mutual cooperation with Jordan and Romania and the experience that could be exchanged in improving the levels of pharmaceutical staff members. He added that the meetings between Jordanian and Romanian officials have resulted in new opportunities for both countries.  He said that “the health sector will be open to the two countries to fulfill their common interests.” while Cseke commented “We are ready to promote cooperation between us and we welcome a growing number of Jordanian doctors and nurses for training in emergency medicine,” He added that Romania could use the Jordanian experience in several medical aspects such as gynecology and cancer treatment.
