New Plans For The Rising Call For Qualified Health Staff In KSA

MOHAccording to the Saudi Ministry of Health, it’s expected that the number of foreign workers in the Kingdom’s health sector will increase while the number of their Saudi counterparts will remain a minority in the sector’s workforce. The Ministry of Economy and Planning received a report from the ministry of health explaining the expectations and the plans for the establishment of 750 health centers and 15 hospitals with a total number of 4,735 beds in the next five years.

There was a huge challenge represented in the provision of competent staff for hospitals and healthcare facilities, in addition to describing the lack of local qualified workers as a “significant burden”.
