Saudi Nurses are going to be Hired in King Abdullah Medical City in Makkah

MakkahAn official of in announced that several Saudi nurses will have interviews as part of the city Saudization efforts. Dr. Hasan Bakhamees, the city’s Executive General Director told Arab News after a meeting at the city on Thursday “Our Saudization plan is to attract all women graduates passing out of nursing institutes in the Kingdom”. He added “The number of clinics in the medical city has been increased to 153 to accommodate the large number of cases referred to the city from other hospitals, particularly from the southern provinces”.

“More than 830 surgeries were conducted in the city during the first half of the year,” he said, explaining that in the next months the city will include one of the largest laparoscopy centers in the Middle East. Bakhamees revealed “The city has been successful in attracting skilled Saudi specialists in various rare specializations. There are 115 doctors, while 10 doctors are on foreign scholarship programs”.
