Abu DhabiSix new facilities will be added costing Dh100 million following two funds made strategic investments in Gulf Healthcare International (), a major healthcare services provider. Two private equity funds managed by JP Morgan Asset Management, including JP Morgan Private Equity Limited were announced to earned stake in the company as part of recapitalization plan to fund growth, replacing the Varkey Group as a shareholder. Dr Joseph’s Clinics includes three existing medical practices are part of GHI expansion plan; which offer a variety of primary healthcare services and have a substantial local following of over 300,000 patients.
