More Vacancies for Saudi Graduates in Health Sector

Riyadh935 young graduates will have interviews with the Ministry of Health to be hired in its departments, hospitals and primary healthcare centers throughout the Kingdom. This step is part of a program to recruit 4,000 graduates in accordance with the directive of the Ministry of Civil Service. The Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah called for providing job opportunities for Saudis. “These appointments were made by Health Minister Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabeeah in keeping with the Saudization policy” Dr. Khalid Al-Mirghalani, spokesman of the Ministry of Health said on Sunday.

He explained that those interviewers are young graduates who held diplomas in health specializing in fields such as radiology, nutrition, anesthesia and laboratory work and physiotherapy. Al-Mirghalani added “The ministry released the list of new appointees on Sunday and their placement would be worked out in the coming weeks. The new recruits would fill the existing vacancies in all sectors of the ministry”. Before accepting in the ministry’s vacancies in departments in the government health sector; the graduates must possess an orientation program. The spokesman revealed “The new appointees would be on probation for a period of one year and that they were not expected to apply for transfers during this period”.
