Adnan Bin Hussain Mandoura, Secretary General of the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI), has focused on the importance of creating a program to saudize health sector jobs and offer job opportunities for Saudi health graduates. This confirmation was made during a discussion on Saudization of the private health sector organized by the Ministry of Health, the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS) and the Committee of Health Services at the JCCI.
Dr. Muhammad Mitbiqani, Chairman of the JCCI Committee of Health Services said “The committee has helped the sector overcome many obstacles and has provided private sector hospitals, polyclinics and health institutes with the necessary support to help them perform their required duties”. Hesham Lanjawi, Director General of the Human Resources Development Fund in Makkah explained that the public sector needs a new strategy to absorb health institute graduates and provide them with training courses to ensure that they are qualified to practice their professions in the market. Mohiuddin Yehya Hakami, Assistant Secretary General of the JCCI also was present in the meeting.
